My good friend Ruthie made up her own version of a creature skeleton recently! This is one of the creatures that I haven’t shown anywhere yet which was part of a ‘predator/prey’ simulation. Thanks Ruthie!
Charlie Chiodo, of Chiodo Bros. fame, drew this picture for me as part of the kickstarter for https://dinogallery.com/ where you can get prints of Charlie and Bill Stouts dinosaur work, or have Charlie draw and even record a small video of him drawing as I’ve done here. I bend the rules slightly to get Charlie to draw an evolution creature for me in his own style, but I’m sure you’ll agree that he did a superb job! Thanks Charlie!
Some really great stuff from Andrew Gomez, Joshua Gregory, Krista Wade, Sarah Campbell, Joel Stinson and Shelley Rappleye made using the 3-d program zbrush! You can check them all out here http://zclub-ais.tumblr.com/post/53073044989/we-hosted-sculpt-jam-8-today-in-zclub-our-theme
Here was my animation from the Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden about orchid evolution! You can read more about the project here
Here are my extended trees with brand new creatures! I’ve done a view artworks myself referencing some of these newer creatures, but it took me until now to tie them all together. Mostly I took the existing tree, but started new lineages beginning where the other trees ended, effectively creating 12 generations instead of 6 in those lines. The red circle denotes a separate lineage from that point in another offshoot, which you can see in the second image there.
